We offer a 60-Day Love Your Skin Guarantee for DermaInfuse orders purchased directly from odelcu.com.
To qualify for the guarantee, you must:
- Contact us at within 60 days of delivery.
- Have used DermaInfuse as directed.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your concern.
- Return the product if requested.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking and handling fee, deducted from the refund amount. This fee does not apply if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees, handling fees, taxes, and any shipping protection fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Our guarantee does not automatically cover:
- Buyer's remorse.
- Accidental purchases.
- Orders already in transit.
- Refused deliveries.
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
- Ingredient concerns when the full ingredient list was available before purchase.
- Concerns about what is included in the kit when the contents were listed before purchase.
- Products not used as directed.
- Excessive, abusive, or repeat refund requests.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at with your order number and photos so we can help.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
