STEP 01
Cleanse and prepare
Wash your hands. Cleanse your face and pat it dry.
STEP 02
Open the serum vial
Hold the serum vial upright. Remove the white plastic cap, then the silver seal, and finally the rubber stopper. Your serum is now ready to pour.
STEP 03
Open and fill the applicator
Take a new sealed applicator. Keep the clear protective cap on the needle head while you unscrew it from the chamber. Set the capped head down somewhere clean, then pour the serum into the open chamber.
STEP 04
Close and prime
Screw the same needle head securely back onto the chamber. Keep the protective cap on and turn the applicator upside down, with the head pointing down. Leave it upside down for a few minutes, gently tapping it every 30–60 seconds to help the serum reach the needles.
STEP 05
Remove the cap and stamp
Remove the clear protective cap, leaving the needle head attached. Gently stamp your skin, following the direction shown in the image. Lift the applicator after each stamp and place the next stamp halfway over the previous one, creating a 50% overlap. Do not drag it across your skin.
STEP 06
Finish
Gently pat any remaining serum into your skin. Dispose of the used applicator. Use a new applicator for your next treatment.

Why isn’t the serum coming out?
Keep the protective cap on and turn the applicator upside down, with the head pointing down. Leave it upside down for a few minutes, gently tapping it every 30–60 seconds to help the serum reach the needles. Keep the serum toward the needle head while stamping. If it still won’t dispense, pause and contact us at support@dermainfuse.co.

Use gentle, even pressure. Lift the applicator after each stamp and overlap the previous stamp halfway. Do not drag it across your skin. If dispensing still feels too fast, pause your treatment and contact support@dermainfuse.co for help.
How do I open the serum vial?

Can I reuse the applicator?
No. Each treatment comes with a new chamber and sterile needle head already attached. Unscrew that capped head to fill the chamber, then screw the same head back on. Both the chamber and head are single-use. Dispose of the complete used applicator after treatment and use a new one next time. Six treatments include six complete applicators; 12 treatments include 12, and 3 treatments include 3.
How do I prepare before my first treatment?
Wash your hands. Cleanse your face and pat it dry. Then take a new sealed applicator and follow Steps 02–04 to open the serum vial, fill the chamber and prime the applicator. Keep the protective cap on until you are ready to stamp.
